Collaboration with the Belgian Federation of Notaries

Since 2007, FrahanBlondé has been a partner of the Belgian Federation of Notaries on leadership, organisational and management issues.

Together with the Federation of Notaries we developed ‘efficiency audits’, a customised service that helps notaries to improve the efficiency and profitability of their practices. Since 2007, we have conducted over 70 efficiency audits of notary practices in Belgium.

FrahanBlondé is also a partner of the management academy, a 4-day training program focussing on leadership and management, established by the Federation of Notaries.
