Billable Hour Dilemma #1

 Client A asks you to examine a legal issue in connection with a new piece of legislation. You spend 15 hours to complete the job. Your hourly rate is EUR 250, and you invoice EUR 3.750. A few days later, client B asks you exactly the same question. It only takes you 1 hour to adapt your previous memo to the specifics of client B. How much are you going to invoice to client B?
