- Strong academic credentials;
- Around three years of experience in a leading professional service firm (law firm, or consulting firm, big four, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch or French (ideally both), and in English;
- A demonstrated ability to perform in an international environment;
- A strong motivation to grow as a professional in the area of management consulting and personal and organisation development.
