I am active in coaching and consulting since 2000.
Before, I have been in the practice of business law for ten years. With Tractebel (now Suez Tractebel), I worked on international project development and financing. Previously, I was an attorney with law firms De Bandt, van Hecke & Lagae (now Linklaters De Bandt) and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, where I focused on corporate law, governance matters, and M&A transactions.
I like teaching (I am a regular lecturer at Solvay Business School in Brussels and a Faculty member of Management Center Europe), and I like learning: my educational curriculum goes from law to medical sciences to business administration to cognitive psychology (Master of Laws, Columbia University, BAEF Fellow; Lic. Iuris, magna cum laude, Université Libre de Bruxelles; Cand. medical sciences, cum laude, FUNDP Namur; IACE, Solvay Business School; Certified master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

I am working with professionals since 1997.
Before engaging in consultancy, I supported and coached professionals from in-house positions. The last two years I assisted the General Counsel of De Post/La Poste, the Belgian national postal company, with restructuring the Legal Department. Before, I was Client Development Manager for Allen & Overy in Belgium for seven years. I was the first in-house marketing professional in a Belgian law firm and one of the first on the European continent. My passion for relationship marketing is the result of working for Bacob Bank (now Dexia), where I helped introduce relationship banking.
I have a licence in Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and one in Business Administration from IAG, Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve. I was trained in Professional Services Marketing and Key Account Management at Cranfield University (UK).
